Your privacy is very important to us. Information We Collect

Personal Information.
Information such as your legal guardian information (if you are not at least 14 year old), facebook ID and your name, email address and other personally identifiable information that you provide us with or that you choose to include in any PlayHardToys company. profile or account may be collected by us. We may also collect mobile device identification numbers such as IMEI, IP address, when you download or use FaceLoader (collectively "Personal Information").
You may be asked to provide us with certain Personal Information when you register with the Service and at other times. You are not required to provide us with this information, as it is optional. However, you may be prevented from using FaceLoader or certain features of the Services if certain information is not provided, such as your device identification number and third party telephone numbers.

Usage Data.
We may also collect certain usage information such as time of visit, duration of use, Email Address and unauthorized usage records ("Usage Data").

Messages.
When you send or receive messages using FaceLoader, we process and store your messages, log and contact data, and other related information ("Message Data").

Payment information.
When you purchase our value-added services such as digital goods, you may be asked to provide us with the following information: credit card issuer, credit card numbers, credit card expiration date, credit card security number, mobile telephone number, telecommunication service provider, and/or SMS authorization number.

How We Use And Share Information

Generally, we use Personal Information and Message Data for internal purposes only, such as to provide you with the Service, to notify you of new products or Services, and to otherwise communicate with you. We will not disclose Personal Information or Message Data to third parties without your consent, except as explained in this Privacy Policy.
When you launch FaceLoader, it automatically collects your device identification number such as IMEI and uses it as your own account information combined with your telephone number you have provided us with. This is to verify and prevent unauthorized use of your account, although PlayHardToys company. is not liable for the losses due to such unauthorized use.
Information which is available for viewing by other FaceLoader users include your FaceLoader user name, your FaceLoader ID, your shared dialogue and other personally-identifiable information that you choose to include in any PlayHardToys company. profile or PlayHardToys company. account.

Service Providers.
From time to time, we may establish business relationships with third parties who have confirmed that their privacy practices are consistent with ours ("Service Providers"). For example, we may contract with Service Providers to provide certain services, such as hosting and maintenance, customer relationship management, data storage and management, and direct marketing campaigns. We provide our Service Providers with only the information necessary for them to perform these services on our behalf. Each Service Provider must agree to use reasonable security procedures and practices, appropriate to the nature of the information involved, in order to protect your Personal Information and Message Data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Your Personal Information.
Your Personal Information may be kept until the fiduciary contract expires or until you decide to withdraw your membership.

Photos and Images.
All photos and images downloaded by FaceLoader will only keep in your device. We will not collect any of your images.

Ad Networks.
We may work with third party marketing and advertising companies ("Ad Networks"). These companies may collect and use information regarding your use of the Service in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to you. Advertisements may be shown via the Service. Our Privacy Policy does not cover any use of information that an Ad Network may collect from you. It also does not cover any information that you may choose to provide to an Ad Network or to an advertiser whose goods or services are advertised through the Service.

Standard Analytics Information.
We may use, and disclose to third parties, certain Usage Data regarding the Service. However, such information will not contain information which will be used to identify you individually.

Other Transfers.
We may share Personal Information, Usage Data and Message Data with businesses controlling, controlled by, or under common control with PlayHardToys company.
